COVID19 Update - Temporary Opening Hours until 5 March

We are working hard to minimise the disruption of services and to ensure all customers have timely access to essential personalisation and alterations service during this unusual time. 

Embroidery & Printing department remain open as usual:
Monday - Friday 10am - 5:30pm.

Please note Alterations department opening hours have changed. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Please note, we have restricted the number of customers permitted in-store to one person at a time and have implemented a locked door policy to limit the number of people at our trade counter. Should you need to visit our store, please call for further assistance 0857693811 and you will be let in one at a time to be served.

Our BOOK APPOINTMENT service is also available. Simply, reserve your visit online as usual and then wait for your confirmation before visiting the store.
